Main function and features:

1. Mechnical system:

Fluff vacuum adopt the side sucking mode, extending the vacuum area, to make fluff high density and soften
SAP feeding adopt roll type, quantitative mix and spread within cotton warehouse, after mix with cotton core, wrap molding
Dual pneumatic shaft to make sure auto splice with zero speed down.
With auto web guider to adjust material position.
